Dr Chavez is a great Doctor. Already recommended OMG to several friends. Great attention to detail and follow up. They really care about the patient. JZ their nutritionist and fitness trainer is excellent as well. She picks up on the little things and is a great person to have on the team. OMG identified several issues that were not identified by my previous Doctor. Very much appreciate the professionalism and knowledge Dr Chavez, JZ and the team have toward me the patient.
